Test your driving skills to be in the running to win a brand new Audi

 Audi will offer up its blisteringly-quick R8 sports coupe for the Final Drive Challenge at Audi Hamilton Island Race Week 2012. This year’s competition continues the brand’s practice of presenting the most-desirable sportscars for this action-packed activity for the sailing community.

To win this year’s major prize at Race Week – the new Audi A1 - all divisional winners must test their skill on Hamilton Island’s airport runway in the Audi Final Drive Challenge face-off. Piloting Audi’s aggressive R8, this year’s competitors must harness the 386 kilowatts of unbridled power delivered by the brand’s impressive sportscar. With its ability to sprint from 0 to 100km in just 3.9 seconds, the challenge for the sailors will be about maintaining accuracy and consistency in the R8.

The Audi R8 is the ultimate supercar of the model range.
