Audi Hamilton Island Race Week’s favourite and most sought after event ticket, the Moet & Chandon Luncheon, returns in 2011 in the idyllic Long Pavilion at qualia. qualia’s executive chef, Jane-Therese Mulry, has designed a tantalising degustation menu to be complemented by a fine selection of Moet & Chandon champagnes. This event is not to be missed.

Time: 12.00pm – 4.00pm
Cost: $200 per person includes a degustation menu and matching Moet and Chandon Champagne
