Sights and highlights

Spend the day cruising and enjoying the incredible views from the deck of our 20 metre catamaran with shaded deck and lounge seating.
Spend time relaxing on, and exploring, Whitehaven Beach, and snorkelling around Chalkies Beach.
All snorkelling equipment is provided - including a wetsuit, stinger suit and flotation jacket if required.
Our friendly and experienced team can also provide personalised snorkelling instructions if required.

Sample itinerary

8.00am - depart Hamilton Island Marina
Visit Whitehaven Beach - spend time exploring the beach at your own pace.
Snorkel in the waters surrounding Chalkies Beach.
Daily itinerary depends on tides and weather.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are served when cruising.
3.00pm - return to Hamilton Island Marina.

How to get there

Explore's On The Edge vessel is located in the Marina Village at A3 Arm, opposite the Ice Cream Parlour.

Terms and Conditions

All tours are subject to minimum numbers and to weather conditions and so may be cancelled at the discretion of the operator.
Explore reserve the right to alter the destination pending the weather for your safety and comfort. Times may also need to be changed due to tidal changes.
Explore will offer alternative days or refunds in the event of cancellations.
Explore reserve the right to use other vessels should On The Edge be unavailable for any reason.

Cancellation policy

If your booking is cancelled within 24 to 48 hours notice, 50% of the ticket price will be forfeited.
If your booking is a no show or cancelled less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited.
