This dinner is a rare opportunity to join Lennox Hastie from Firedoor Restaurant (Sydney), with special guests Peter Gilmore and Matt Vickers, for an elemental dining experience at Pebble Beach, qualia. 
​Acclaimed food writer and emcee Joanna Savill will be hosting a conversation with Lennox about his techniques behind cooking with fire and the effects of using different types of woods to enhance the flavours of produce. Special guest Peter Gilmore will be sharing his thoughts about the importance of the very best produce, with local fisherman Matt Vicker’s, who catches award-winning Barramundi used by Peter in his restaurants.Dinner will be matched with a selection of delicious Robert Oatley wines.
