Hi,
My name is Thomas Tan, 27 years old, and I’m currently based in Airlie Beach. I’m an experienced and enthusiastic sailor with a lifelong background in both offshore and inshore racing, including several podium finishes in competitive Dutch regattas. I'm very keen to join a crew for Hamilton Island Race Week and/or Magnetic Race week this year.
I am experienced in spinnaker handling, trimming, tactics, and night navigation and I love working in a team environment under pressure, especially with sailors. I’ve skippered and crewed on yachts up to 30 ft, including offshore crossings from the Netherlands to England and sailing along the Australian east coast.
