Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Bar at Bommie Deck

Sundrenched and balmy, there is no better place to soak up the atmosphere of Race Week than at the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Bar on the terrace of the Hamilton Island Yacht Club. Sip on your morning coffee whilst watching the boats head off for a day’s racing and later enjoy a flute of Piper-Heidsieck Champagne as the day’s racing comes into the marina and the on-shore fun begins.

The Paspaley Boutique

The Paspaley boutique returns to Hamilton Island again this year. Fittingly, the traditional gift for a 30th anniversary is a ‘pearl’ and to further commemorate Race Week’s milestone, Paspaley will be showcasing the exquisite Paspaley Pearl.

The Paspaley Pearl - the finest Australian South Sea pearl ever found is over 20 millimetres in diameter with a perfectly round and lustrous shape making this rare gem Paspaley's 'pearl of pearls'.

Wild Oats Wines Ladies Lunch

Dedicated to ladies who like to lunch! Enjoy an Italian menu designed to share including sweet treats by Adriano Zumbo, and spend the afternoon sipping Wild Oats wines.

Audi Tug O' War

Audi will be showing off the brand new Audi A3 Sportback at this year's event. The architecturally spectacular Hamilton Island Yacht Club will place host to this new model with a display that incorporates our lightweight design philosophy, know as Audi ultra. In order to preserve our natural environment, Audi recognises that significant advancements in lightweight technology reverses the weight spiral and reduces fuel consumption. In essence, lighter cars mean less fuel use and that's beneficial to us all.

To further highlight the concept of Audi ultra, Audi will also run the Audi Tug O' War competition of the fittest for sailers where we ask you to put together a team of six to see who can get the ultra-lightweight new A3 Sportback across the line. The competition will run from 3.30pm - 5.30pm on most days with the opportunity to win prizes donated by Audi throughout the week.

Welcome Party

Sangria Marina Party

Hamilton Island gets ‘el loco’ this year with an Ibiza inspired Sangria Beach Party Soak up the atmosphere as the Sangria flows, the Paella sizzles and Spanish-themed musicians and deejays help get your groove on. Indulge in some Spanish foodie favourites, as well as Wild Oats Sangria and selected beers and spirits, will be available for purchase.

Complimentary paella will be served until 7pm.
