Fit and healthy - Good for any of mainsail trim; headsail trim; spin trim; tactics; nav; sewer; mast; rail (prefer not to spend too much time ahead of the mast if possible). Own accommodation already arranged. Love the week and would be great to get on the water to crew with a fun boat that likes to win with only one skipper and not so much noise.
