Arrival 
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to complete your consultation form, relax and allow us to be on time for all guests.

Pregnancy 
If you wish to have a treatment in your first trimester please inform reception who can tailor a treatment specifically to you. Please see various treatments marked with a which are pregnancy safe after the first trimester. It is appreciated if you are pregnant to please advise the spa reception upon booking.

Cancellation Policy 
A 50% cancellation fee will apply to all appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
Cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a 50% cancellation fee.
